3. Shipping and Delivery 

3.1. Shipping: We offer shipping to addresses within the specified regions/countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, inclement weather, or postal delays. 

3.2. Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them within the estimated delivery times. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any delays or losses incurred during transit. Order placed before 12pm may be offered same day shipping. Shipping runs Monday- Thursday, We do not ship on holidays or weekends. 

3.3. International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges related to customs clearance.
